Dive Area

Practically all the “top sites” of Bali can be reached from the Siddhartha. We have 1 boat (10m), big enough for 10 guests, at our disposal as well as several mini buses. This results in more flexibility, enabling us to fulfil all guest requests as well as being able to offer truly individual diving. A large selection of dive sites can be reached within 5 to 20 minutes. We are approx. 4 – 5 hours away from Bali´s other highlights, such as Lovina in the north, Nusa Menjangan as well as Secret Bay in the west. The dive sites around Padangbai & Nusa Penida in the south-eastern region of Bali, can be reached within 1,5 – 2 hours, the dive sites around Amed within 45 minutes.

Tulamben and Kubu

Another highlight worth mentioning is that the famous “Liberty” wreck as well as other top sites such as “Tulamben Drop Off” can be reached in only a few minutes by boat and by car. These excursions will leave at 8:30 in the morning, returning at approx. 10:30. We leave at 13:30 for the afternoon excursions & are back at the diving center at 15:30. The special highlight is definitely our early morning dive at 6:00 am to the “Liberty” wreck. Night dives by car to the “Liberty” wreck are also possible on request.

Regular day trips (by car) to the macro paradis south of Tulamben.

Nusa Penida

The undamaged reef on the eastern side of the island is covered with stunning coral, where schooling fish as well as a large number of small and big fish species can be seen. An absolutely perfect site for a drift dive! Experienced boat captains will guide you through every “nook & cranny”. It takes approx. 1.5 -2 hours to reach Padangbai, from where you will travel another 30 – 45 minutes by speed boat to reach your final destination.
But the main reason are the regular Manta sightings and the fact that between July and September (when the water temperature at Nusa Penida falls to 17-24°C) Mola Molas (sun fishes) can be seen frequently.
Detailed information on individual dive sites you’ll find in the area Dive Sites.
