Bull Race

Diese Woche war ein besonderes Ereignis 88|: Bullenrennen in unserem Ort Sambirenteng. Im Westen von Bali finden diese Rennen öfter statt, wobei von der Bevölkerung kräftig gewettet wird! In unsere Region war es aber das erste Mal und deshalb war auch viel Interesse von der lokale Bevölkerung, von wichtigen Personen :>> und von unseren Gästen. Es war sehr schön zu sehen wie die Bullen geschmuckt waren und natürlich sehr spannend. Aber wer gewonnen hat ist soweit wir wissen immer noch nicht bekannt… 😉

This week we had a special occassion 88|: a bull race in our village Sambirenteng. In the west of Bali these races are organized more often and the people like to bet on it with lots of money! In our area it was the first time though, so there was a lot of interest from the local people, from important people :>> and from our guests. It was very beautiful to see the nicely decorated bulls and of courses very exciting. Who won is not known to this day though, as far as we know… 😉
