Rescue Kurs

In 2015 fangen wir gleich sehr ernst an! Martin hat heute den erste Kurs von 2015 angefangen, direkt mit einem Stress und Rescue. Der Kurs beinhaltet sehr wichtige und seriöse Übungen, aber muss natürlich auch viel Spaß machen. Das haben Frank und die 2 Martins gehabt.

In 2015 we start  thoughtfully. Martin just started the first course of 2015 today, it is a Stress and Rescue course. This course contains very serious and important exercizes, but it has to be fun as well. Frank and the 2 Martins hat a lot of it.
