Two weeks ago our new chef arrived on Hondaafushi. Neil Pradaap Fernando comes from Sri Lanka and has been travelling in numerous countries around the world for more than 20 years. In the last few years he has worked as a chef on several cruise ships. Besides specialities from Sri Lanka he loves the european-mediterranean cuisine.
We are looking forward to the first buffet 😊
