Life at our dive center on Bahala is shaped by a unique team of people who make every day in the ocean unforgettable.

Mateja, our dedicated base leader, has been in the Maldives for eight years. She keeps everything running smoothly with calm confidence, no matter how busy things get. She is known for her calm leadership and ability to make every diver feel confident and safe underwater.

Sebastian, our German instructor, has a talent for spotting the smallest marine life. While others look for big fish, he’s focused on the tiny details—nudibranchs, shrimps, and hidden creatures most divers miss.

Ramzan is our dive master from Bangladesh, the one who does it all. Incredibly resourceful, he’s always there to fix, carry, or solve anything—often before you even ask.

Instructor Shibe comes from Madives and is more of a quiet, thoughtful type. After diving, he can often be found on the jetty playing guitar, singing, or playing Bodu Beru (traditional Maldivian drum) on Fridays.

Morgan, our Italian instructor, once raced downhill—something that still shows in his controlled, confident approach underwater.
